Our ICF-IID program provides residential services to those individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in need of 24 hour care and supervision. 

 

We offer residential services in a "home" setting. We have 2 ICF-ID group homes. Both homes are located on the nW side of San Antonio. Knob Oak is an all male group home. Silver Quail is co-ed home. Each home serves 6 consumers. We encourage our consumers to learn to be as independent as possible. 

 

We offer community integration, supervision with medication administration, transportation, training to promote independence and learn new skills.
