Our home & community based services are provided to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in need of services (residential, nursing, day hab..). Our goal is to encourage each consumer to be as independent as possible. Services provided depend upon services approved on the individual's IPC. 

 

AAA Special Health Services, LLC is a partnership agency. We partner with YOU, your family and friends to provide the most independent living environment you can have. We strive to provide quality services and assistance to our individuals. 

 

At this time, we have 1, 3 bed HCS home that is located on the NW side of San Antonio. 

 

Our host care providers are close family and friends.
