AAA Special Health Services, LLC is a private, for profit organization that provides HCS, ICF-IID and Day Habilitation services to persons with developmental disabilities in San Antonio. We accept consumers who are covered by Medicaid. 

 

AAA Special Health Services, LLC is a partnership agency. We partner with YOU, your family and friends to provide the most independent living environment you can have. We strive to provide quality services and assistance to our individuals. 

 

Our group homes are in neighborhoods close to your friends and family. Our host care providers are close to family and friends as well. 

 

Our Independent Living Program is in an apartment complex that gives you easy access to friends and family. 

 

We started off with Knob Oak, Inc and Home at Silver Quail, Inc, both ICF-ID homes in 1993. 

 

In 2009, we obtained our contract with DADS to provide HCS services. See more at www.dads.state.tx.us
