We provide care to all ages, infants to elderly, and treat many conditions, chronic or acute. Conditions include but aren’t limited to:

• Chronic disease management (include but aren’t limited to: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, COPD, asthma)

• Well child exams and vaccinations

• Yearly physicals (insurance, sports, school)

• Women’s Health (Pap smears, mammogram and bone density test referrals)

• Testosterone replacement

• Allergy testing

• Advanced cardiovascular screenings

• Skin care (acne, skin biopsies, lesion removals, abscesses)

• Minor orthopedic care (joint injections, sprains/strains)

• Psychiatric care, including ADD/ADHD

• Inpatient and nursing home care (ONLY at Bluegrass Community Hospital, Saint Joseph Hospital, and Taylor Manor Nursing Home)

• Home Visits/Home Health Referrals for homebound patients in Versailles and Midway
