We accept most insurance plans, including all Kentucky Medicaid plans. However we DO NOT accept Humana Medicare, some new Anthem Exchange products, HMO plans, among others.
Please feel free to contact our office or your insurance company to verify if your insurance is accepted. For Medicaid patients, we ask that you please change your PCP to our office before being seen for an appointment.
Our office accepts cash, check, and credit card (Visa, MC, Discover). In the near future, we will also offer an online payment option through our patient portal. All delinquent accounts are forwarded to a local collection agency, Credit Bureau Systems. If you have received a letter from Credit Bureau Systems please contact them at (859)252-0011 with any questions or payments.
