The Omaha Champions Village would like to invite you and your entire family to spend a weekend with us and have an experience that will be treasured for years and years to come

 

Thursday: 

•Check-in: 2pm - 4pm

• Mandatory Coaches Meeting: 4:30pm

• Then off to TD Ameritrade for the NCAA HOME RUN DERBY!

 

Friday:

• Opening ceremonies followed by pool play games all day.

• Village Pizza Party (players and coaches)

 

Saturday:

• Baseball games all day with family night (5pm-8pm) and skills competitions (6pm) to follow.  Family night features many free activities for the family.  Face-painting, air-brushed tattoos, dunk tank and dodge-ball wars will be some of the included activities.  Tickets to eat with the players in the Village will also be available for purchase at check-in.

 

Sunday:

• Bracket play throughout the day looking to crown a CHAMPION!

 

Looking for more? The city of Bellevue is near a myriad of local attractions just a short drive away, with something to entertain each member of your family. There's the Omaha Fun Plex and Water Park, the Henry Doorly Zoo and the nationally acclaimed Sky Safari. Want even more? Well, the Omaha Children's Museum, the Omaha Magic Theater and the AK.SAR.BEN Aquarium and Nature Center should keep you busy! And for those adults wanting something a little more grown up, you'll find local casinos only 15 minutes from the park. You'll hardly have time to see it all!

$199 Per Player/Coach. $250 registration fee. $1,000 due by April 1, 2015.

• Ticket to the NCAA Home Run Derby

• Five meals

• All-Star bag

• Four games guaranteed (weather permitting)

• Pool Play – 1:50 minute time limit with two innings of California tie-breaker when necessary (game ends in tie if no winner is decided after two extra innings).

• Bracket Play – 1:50 minute time limit and no ties (California tie-breaker rule until a winner is decided)

• Championship Game – 6 innings no time limit (extra innings played until winner is determined)

• Four days, Three nights accommodations

Laundry:

Laundry is available for the weekend for $10 per person. Each player on the team needs to sign up for the service in order to participate. The entire team's laundry will be picked up on Friday and Saturday evenings, washed, dried, folded and returned the next morning prior to the first game.

 

Team Dad:

We also encourage teams to invite their "Team Dads" to participate in the experience. Team dads stay with the team in their team clubhouse inside the Village. Registration includes room and board, ticket to the NCAA Home Run Derby, admission to the complex and activities. 

 

Additional Tickets:

Tickets are available for attending family and friends within our reserved seating block.  Tickets need to be ordered and purchased by June 1, 2015.  Tickets are $8 for children 3-12 and $12 for 12+.  

 

Longball Invitational Registration Fee Schedule:

• $250.00 Team registration deposit holds your teams spot for 2015. Online Credit Card Accepted. NON-REFUNDBALE.

• Balance of payments due by the above dates. Payments due in form of a cashier's check.

• All payments to be accompanied by Payment Form (Downloadable from the Coaches & Spectators tab).

• All remaining participant forms due April 1, 2015 (Downloadable from the Coaches & Spectators tab).
