PROGRAM: 

 

The Omaha Champions Village (OCV) works with a number of different Lodging Partners to procure rooms and preferred lodging rates for our participant’s families and friends. We also want to ensure a sufficient number of rooms will be available for all of these guests. Through our lodging program, all out of town teams and guests must book their rooms through our OCV lodging partners, which allows you to receive specially discounted rates at a variety of hotels. You can find these hotels online through the OCV website’s “Lodging” tab and make your reservations through the provided links.

 

These rooms must be booked within the OCV block. Any reservations made through a third party provider (e.g. expedia, hotels.com, priceline, hotwire etc.) or booked outside the OCV room block will not fulfill the team lodging requirement. However, our lodging partners do guarantee to price match the lowest published rates for their rooms.

 

CHARGES AND CANCELLATIONS: 

 

The first night of the reservation will charged at the time of booking.  The remainder of the stay will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.  If you cancel your reservation outside 30 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit one night stay.  If you cancel your reservation inside 30 days prior to your arrival you will forfeit your whole stay.  All charges are non-refundable.  Including early departure.

 

ALTERNATIVE LODGING ARRANGEMENTS: 

 

If your guests plan on making arrangements outside the OCV lodging program (i.e. stay with local family or friends, camp at an RV park, etc.) please contact your OCV representative to utilize the $400.00 “Lodging Buyout Option”. Please understand that the lodging sponsorship program has already been used to discount the price of the tournament entry fees, as we make every effort to make the OCV experience as affordable as possible to all of our participants.

 

LOCAL TEAM: 

 

Any participating teams within 60 miles of the complex may request a WAIVER on the lodging policy.

 

POLICY: 

 

In order to participate in the Omaha Champions Village your team must fit into one of the following three categories:

 

1-Book with an OCV Lodging Partner under the “lodging” tab. You must book inside the group block. A Minimum of 5 hotel rooms for 5 nights or a total of 25 hotel nights must be booked. Rooming lists will be confirmed with the hotels before team participation is allowed in the tournament.

 

2-Utilize the “lodging buyout option” ($400.00 per team); or

 

3-Register as a local team, based within 60 miles of the complex.

 

DISCLAIMERS:

 

Hotels must be booked through the "Lodging" tab listed on the OCV website. Hotel rooms booked through third party sites will not count.

 

OCV acts as a passive conduit for online distribution information to our lodging partners. Participants are solely responsible for the customer information they provide through the OCV.

 

OCV is not responsible for any cancellations or for any acts by the lodging partners who provide accommodations. Lodging partners are not agents or employees of OCV.

 

OCV is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury or damage or claims whatsoever arising from any act, error, omission, default or negligence of any person not an employee of the OCV.
