Yoga Foundations classes are powerful, learning experiences in which you will re-discover your body, how it works, and what it can do. This class is designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique. You will begin by focusing on the basics. The objective is to help you master form, understand how to breathe, and help you build confidence in the postures and experience the benefit of Yoga.

Kettlebell is a workout that will give you a leaner body and a stronger core. The class uses a cannonball-like weight with a thick handle. With an emphasis on technique, precise execution & muscle control this class can burn over 600 calories and increase your bodies lean muscle all in one workout. Debbi will challenge you with many variations on the kettlebell theme with fusions of bootcamp maneuvers!
