Upstate Physician Services was founded by Mustafain Meghani, MD in 2014 with the intent to provide high quality, integrative, and holistic health services to patients in order to improve health education/awareness, quality of life, and health outcomes.

Our practice mission is to provide health services to the surrounding community that will allow for increased awareness of health issues, better management of chronic conditions through lifestyle changes, and improvement in physical and mental health and well-being.
