Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: I love working here with people who understand my handicaps. There is a real positive attitude and friendly atmosphere here. Also, the owner helps us with everything we need which makes it really nice to work here.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: I like to write poetry. I really enjoy going bowling and fishing. I go to the gym a lot to workout and go swimming. I also like to do ceramics.

Carianne

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: Carianne really likes working at Handico because she likes her co-workers and employer. She also said that she likes hours and all of the fun games they play outside the office.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: Carianne said she enjoys knitting, walking her dog, and listening to music. She is very proud of moving into her own apartment and taking care of her dog. Carianne loves all animals and enjoys visiting the animal shelters. She also enjoys drawing landscapes.

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

I like working here because I really enjoy all of the people that I work with. The hours are very convenient for me. I also enjoy it because no one judges anyone here.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: I really like downhill skiing. I've been doing it for over 20 years. My favorite place to go skiing is Breckenridge. I also like to go bike riding.

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: Handico gives you an opportunity to work and succeed. It also allows me to get out of the house and meet people.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: I like to spend my time going to the gym to work out. I also enjoy going to movies and different restaurants throughout the city. One of my favorite restaurants is the Rock Bottom Brewery.

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: I like it because it gives the disabled a chance to still work even though we are disabled. It also allows me to do things if I did not work.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: My favorite thing to do is play video games on my XBox 360.

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: When I was looking for employment I was having a very hard time finding a job. It is a very pleasent working atmosphere. It gives me a chance to be a part of something.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: My two favorite things to do outside of work is to play chess and basketball.

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: I enjoy working here because I really enjoy talking to people from all over the country.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: Walking and Reading are my favorite things to do. I also enjoy going to the mountains. I like to crochet too.

A: I like working here because of the environment and the people that I work with. The other reason is that I can work at my own pace.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: I really like to watch sports. Football is my favorite. I also really enjoy playing with my grandkids.

A: I enjoy working here because I get to work with others that have disabilities like myself. I also like it because I get to talk to talk to people from all walks of life.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: I really enjoy watching basketball and texting my friends. I also like hanging out at the clubhouse for the disabled.

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: I like working at Handico because it is an organization that gives many of their employees their first job. Also, it is a relaxed environment which makes it easy and fun to come to work.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: My hobbies are reading and spending time with friends and family.

Q: Why do you like working at Handico?

A: Handico gives me a chance in life to keep working and also meet my needs and to grow and learn new things. I'm so greatfull and thankfull for all these things and working with such a great team.

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

A: My hobbies are working in the yard, babysitting my grandchildren and great grandchildren which gives me a lot of joy. I like going to movies, going out to Black Hawk with my sister, and also going out to eat.
