     When asked what separates her from the pack, Deborah explains, "Four things: I'm not afraid to incorporate color, I use light to my advantage, I only decorate with fine furniture, and I offer the highest level of customer service in the business. Also, I have a very large warehouse full of my own furniture and decor inventory, so I'm not reliant upon the limited and low end inventory of a furniture rental company. And perhaps most importantly, I'm reliable, dedicated, and committed to customer service. My slogan is 'Details make the difference', and that includes every aspect of my business."

 

     After moving to La Jolla and searching for her own home, she decided to incorporate her own design firm and branched out to include home staging in her business. "I was looking at properties and thinking how much the homeowners needed someone to put the property in visual tip top shape. Eventually, I found myself giving unsolicited advice to the real estate agents, who were usually receptive to my suggestions. Ultimately, a broker hired to me stage a home and I enjoyed every aspect of it. So much so that it's now my primary focus."
